Enrolments for Grade i for 2011 should be made between 20 July and 30 September 2010

PLEASE NOTE:

The feeder zone for 20010-11 is the school nearest to the parents' home address or , work address for parents who live in the domicile of the employer.

When making applications, please provide copies of the following documents:

• Child's Birth Certificate

• Clinic Card/Health Record

• Progress report from Pre-Primary School

• Copies of both parents ID documents

• Proof of Residency (Purchase or Lease agreements)

• The most recent electricity account (original)

• One self addressed envelope with postage stamp

NO APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT ALL OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED DOCUMENTATION!
